Frequently Asked Questions

I've never done anything like metal working before. Do I need any experience?

Nope! In fact, most guests have little to no experience working with this medium. Don't worry, your guide is an expert instructor and will teach you exactly what you need to know about the process and how to make your piece your own.

What about the fish? Can I keep it?

Absolutely. You can take your finished piece with you at the end of the tour, or you'll have the option to pay an additional fee to have your keepsake shipped home.

How do I get there?

Upon booking, you'll get a confirmation email with detailed meeting instructions, but transportation is included from both cruise ship docks in Sitka.
