Description

If you're searching for an unforgettable Anchorage helicopter tour, then you can't miss the Knik Glacier Landing excursion! This short yet action-packed journey will take you soaring over the wild tundra and snow-capped mountains before descending onto a glacier. The adventure begins as you approach the colossal Knik Glacier, a five-mile-wide titan home to glacial crevasses, glacial rivers, and even majestic waterfalls. As you soar above Lake George, you will be able to admire icebergs and immense vertical ice walls before descending into the middle of the Knik Glacier. There, you will be outfitted with crampons and set off to explore this otherworldly, icy landscape as your guide teaches you fascinating facts about glaciers.
