Best Places to Eat in Denali

Exploring Denali can be tiring and strenuous, so knowing where to go for good food and thirst-quenching drinks is key! Luckily, most of the restaurants are located in town or in local lodges, but there are a few that are worth the extra driving time. Finding variety in Alaska can be tough since it is so remote, but Denali has done a great job supplying its visitors with an assortment of culinary options. I would recommend branching out and trying authentic Alaska meals because in the end, that is what they do best!

This pleasant restaurant is a hidden gem in Denali. The Eastern European food mixed with the authentic AK vibes seems strange, but boy does it work! Moose-Aka’s is a nice break from the traditional Alaskan fare, as it can be hard to find variety in such a remote place. The meals are a bit pricey, but you will see why after you take a bite. I would recommend the meze platter and some sarma, you won’t be disappointed.
