Fancy birdwatching, learning about native plants, or simply savoring the serene landscape? This is your chance to explore how you want, when you want.

Your journey on the Private Ketchikan Sightseeing Tour begins with a picturesque ride that reveals Ketchikan’s dramatic coastlines and hints at the rich ecosystem ahead. Once at the forest trailhead, you’ll wander through moss-draped trees and gentle streams, soaking up the sights and sounds of pure, untouched nature. Your guide will point out hidden gems along the way and guide you farther up the trail to a second waterfall if you wish.

From there you'll continue to explore the coastline and the rich marine life that exists there, a favorite spot for most groups. This private experience means you can explore as long as you like—whether you’re waiting for that perfect wildlife shot or letting the kids enjoy some unstructured playtime. Wrap up your customized tour with a stop at a site that combines totems, a sawmill, and a blacksmith shop. This single location offers a fun and interactive experience where you can learn about traditional craftsmanship and the rich history of Ketchikan. Entry fees are payable on arrival. Please note, there is a $10 per person entry fee ($5 for kids under 12).
