Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring? Are cameras allowed?
Make sure to bring comfortable and warm clothes that aren't too bulky and don't impede your mobility. Layering is the key to warmth and comfort in this and other Alaskan adventures. As for your camera, while they're welcome on this tour, remember that you'll be zipping through the air several stories high, so if you drop your camera, chances are it won't survive. Smaller cameras that can be attached to your body or held with strong straps are best, while DLSRs and bulkier equipment should be left safely in the hands of the course managers. The shuttle has limited space, so pack light for this tour!
Will we see the Denali glacier in this tour?
Unfortunately, no, as the position of this Denali zipline course prevents visitors from seeing the Denali glacier. However, you will still be able to take in the breathtaking views of the Alaska Range as you soar through the sky at heights of 40-50 feet!
How many ziplines are there included on this tour?
This Denali zipline course includes 7 ziplines and 6 sky bridges connecting some of the platforms, allowing you to go through the entire course hardly ever touching the ground!
Is ziplining safe?
Ziplining is an incredibly safe activity when you follow instructions and the zipline course is well-maintained. The Denali zipline course surpasses the Association of Challenge Course Technology's (ACCT) standards and was designed and installed by Synergo, a Professional Vendor Member (PVM) of the ACCT. Furthermore, Synergo provides training for guides and conducts periodic course inspections. To ensure your safety, course managers perform daily inspections of the course and equipment. With these measures in place, you can rest assured that your ziplining experience will be a safe and enjoyable one.
