In the event your cruise ship is late, delayed, or doesn't make it into port we always issue a full refund for the tour. Changes or cancellations are allowed up to 14 days prior to the tour departure with absolutely no penalty. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the tour departure are nonrefundable.
What to Wear: We recommend hoping for sunshine but preparing for rain for all of our tours. Drizzles are common in this area so we recommend bringing a waterproof jacket. We typically recommend long pants and closed-toed shoes for comfort. And don't forget your camera!

Q:What should we wear and bring?
This tour operates rain or shine, and rain is common as we lie in a temperate rainforest! For comfort, we typically recommend long pants, closed-toed shoes and a waterproof jacket. Some guests choose to bring a small bag or backpack along to store extra layers, a bottle of water and cameras.
Q:What does the taco voucher consist of?
Each guest will be given a voucher for 3 locally caught Rockfish tacos - your choice of blackened or beer-battered. Each taco is topped with red cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, and cilantro served on a 4-inch soft corn tortilla. Your choice of spicy, mild or avocado crema. Location: Deckhand Dave's (a half-mile from the cruise ship docks) - 356 South Franklin Street. Open Sunday-Friday 11am-8pm & Saturday 11am-4pm. Maximum value $11.99, good only for Rockfish tacos. Valid only for the date printed on the voucher.
Q:How much walking is involved?

Yes! There are restrooms available at the Alaska State Museum, salmon hatchery, & the Glacier Gardens.
Q:What if our ship is delayed or doesn't make it into port? Refund?
It's very rare that a ship is delayed into port, but in those cases we will try our best to work with you to reschedule the tour to a later time. If that is not a possibility or your ship doesn't make it into port, we will of course refund the full cost of the tour.
